| Description | The benchmark reaction is something that bowlers have come to expect from Columbia 300 for decades. Columbia 300 has been the bowler’s choice for benchmark bowling balls so often throughout history that we decided to finally call the ball what it really is… the Benchmark! In order to name a ball the Benchmark, the ball must live up to the name its given. The New Standard Reactive Hybrid shell produces the perfect amount of friction for most typical league conditions as well as a large variety of tournament conditions. The silver color in the Benchmark is a pearl silver, making the ball a Hybrid shell to give it just the right amount of length on the lane. That shell is wrapped around a medium RG, medium-high differential Columbia 300 Tri-Rib core shape, providing the core numbers a Benchmark ball should have. The 4000 Abralon finish on the Benchmark will make this ball the first ball out of the bag at tournaments and leagues due to its ability to work on such a large variety of lane conditions. It’s the Benchmark and it’s what all others are measured by. |
