  • Free shipping is only available in the continental U.S.A. All orders can upgraded to a faster shipping service for an additional fee. NO HIDDEN FEES! International Worldwide shipping is available on all orders. Bowling balls ship via USPS Priority International Mail in large flat rate boxes for a flat fee of $85 per ball. All other items are charged at the applicable rates. DO NOT CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA! Customer may choose Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus is you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 11 a.m. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday. Tracking numbers will be supplied within 24hrs. of order processing. Orders placed after 3PM on a Friday may not receive tracking information until the following Monday evening.

  • WE CAN SHIP BOWLING BALLS TO ANY COUNTRY VIA USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL FOR A FLAT RATE FEE OF $85.00. When choosing any other option customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. BowlerX.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you feel your product is defective please contact us at proshop@bowlerx.com or call us at 484-274-2998. If your product is confirmed as damaged or defective we will ship you a new item at no charge to you. If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase at BowlerX.com. If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps: Email us at proshop@bowlerx.com with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged). Why are there charges on my credit card when the order has been declined? A. When your bank declines a charge it puts the money on hold. These pending charges usually clear within 24-48hrs depending on the bank. Please remember that we do not approve or decline credit cards.
