    STANDARD SHIPPING: Standard Insured Shipping is Free on all orders shipped within the Contiguous USA. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's and Puerto Rico will incur a low cost shipping fee which can be seen at check out before final payment is made.

    UPGRADED SHIPPING: Upgraded shipping is available through UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. These options are available at check out and cost can be viewed before final payment is made. Please use the shopping cart for price quote.

    NOTE: The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus, if you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 11 a.m. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday. Orders placed AFTER 3 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, may not be processed until the following business day. Tracking numbers will be emailed within 24hrs. of the time the order is placed in most cases. Orders placed after 3PM on a Friday, may not be processed until Monday, therefore tracking information may not be received until Tuesday evening.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer shipping to most International destinations via UPS Worldwide Shipping or US Postal Service International Priority Mail. PLEASE SELECT AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IF YOU DO NOT LIVE WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (US, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska). WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA.

    Bowling balls ship via USPS Priority International Mail in large flat rate boxes for a flat fee of $88 per ball. All other items are charged at the applicable rates.

    DO NOT CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA! This will delay the processing of your order unitl the applicable shipping fees are determined and paid. When choosing any other option, customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country.     DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps: Email us at with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged).     If your product is confirmed as damaged or defective we will replace your item at no charge to you. In some cases we may require the original item to be shipped back to us. In these cases we will pay for all return costs. If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product.
