  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Free shipping is only available in the CONTINENTAL USA. NO HIDDEN FEES! All orders can be upgraded to a faster shipping service for an additional fee. Customers may choose from Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. NOTE: The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus, if you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 11 a.m. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday. Orders place AFTER 3 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, may not be processed until the following business day. Tracking numbers will be emailed within 24hrs. of the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 3PM on a Friday, may not be processed until Monday, therefore tracking information may not be received until Tuesday evening.

  • International Worldwide shipping is available on all orders. Bowling balls ship via USPS Priority International Mail in large flat rate boxes for a flat fee of $85 per ball. All other items are charged at the applicable rates. DO NOT CHOOSE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA! This will delay the processing of your order unitl the applicable shipping fees are determined and paid. When choosing any other option, customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of our products. BowlerX.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Warranties
  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you feel your product is defective please contact us at proshop@bowlerx.com or call us at 844-BOWLERX. If your product is confirmed as damaged or defective we will ship you a new item at no charge to you. If the original product is no longer available, we will offer a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase at http://www.bowlerx.com. If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps: Email us at proshop@bowlerx.com with a description of the damage and photos of the item (and shipping box if it was damaged). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you. If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 844-BOWLERX.

  • Our return policy is simple - If you are not happy with an item you have 60 days to return it and get a full refund and WE'LL PAY ALL RETURN COSTS. No restocking fees, no hassles, no questions to get your money back. All we ask is that the item is unused, in its original packaging and is shipped back double boxed for protection.
