  • Your transaction history and the information you provide to us voluntarily on our web site and in our retail store is stored in our customer database. Some of the information we solicit, such as e-mail address, is voluntary, while much of it is required in order to fulfill your order properly. In addition to fulfilling your orders, we use the information that you provide for purposes such as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our store, and communicating with you.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Free shipping is only available in the continental U.S.A.  All orders can upgraded to a faster shipping service for an additional fee. NO HIDDEN FEES!

    At this time, Bowler X Pro Shop ships merchandise to locations within the Continental United States only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Most packages are shipped domesticly using UPS. Customer may choose Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus is you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 11 a.m. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday.

    Tracking numbers will be supplied within 24hrs. of order processing.



  • Sales Tax
  • Bowler X Pro Shop charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties
  • If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance cost. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase at Bowler X Pro Shop.

    If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.

    • Email us at proshop@bowlerx.com with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
    • If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 484-274-2998.


  • Return Policy
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return shipment. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.                                                           If you would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective for a different product, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance. There will be a 15% restocking fee on the product being returned plus reshipping the product back to you. Any differences in price will be charged or credited accordingly. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.

    The following products may NOT be returned:

    1. Used Merchandise
    2. Special Orders
    3. Bargain Buys/Closeout or Items marked as Discontinued

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Bowler X Pro Shop immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
