Radical Katana Slash Bowling Ball Features:

The Katana Slash rolls into Radical’s Top Shelf line of performance products as the second ball to carry the Katana name. This ball features the new Forged 2 hybrid coverstock that comes out of the box finished with 500 and 1000 SiaAir and Crown Factory Compound. This cover will read the middle of the lane stronger than the Forged pearl cover that was used on the original Katana. The Katana Asymmetrical core remains unchanged from the Katana, with an RG of 2.503″, a total differential of 0.050″ and an intermediate differential of 0.020″.

The Katana Slash is another solid addition to the Radical product line with a focus on backend reaction. Radical has created a tremendous buzz with the original Katana and its incredibly angular motion. Radical kept the same strong asymmetrical core design as in the original Katana, and wrapped it with an even stronger additive package making the Forged cover stock even more aggressive. The new Forged 2 cover contains additives that make the Slash a backend monster on heavier oil patterns. Creating a ball that offers this much angle on heavy oil was no easy task, but the Katana Slash delivers the most angular ball in the Radical line.
