Brunswick Rhino Red/Black/Gold Bowling Ball Features:
Brunswick has introduced the Rhino as its new entry-level performance ball. This new series uses Brunwick’s pearlized R-16 Reactive coverstock and a traditional light bulb core design with a low differential of 0.030″. The Rhino is available in five new color schemes and this line replaces the previous Strike King line. All three of our test balls were the Red / Black / Gold Pearl model. Being a highly polished entry-level ball, our testers found their best reactions with the new Rhino on our shortest and lowest volume test pattern, and also after our patterns had broken down and experienced significant oil depletion.
The Brunswick Rhino Line is back! This ball will be best used on light or short oil conditions to control over hooking. It will also be very useful for slower ball speed players and anyone who is tired of every ball that they buy hooking too much.
Larry D. Clark –
This ball has become one of my benchmark balls when the lanes have lighter oil patterns. It is very predictable with a smooth controlled motion on Drier Lane conditions. I’ve shot five 300 games with it at Metro 24 in Jackson Mississippi and recently had a set 279 278 190 for a 747 series. This ball is an excellent choice when you need a ball that won’t over react to the dry. I have two of them and have shot 300 games with both.
