Brunswick Zenith Pearl Bowling Ball Features:

The Brunswick Pro-Performance lineup is expanding with the addition of the Zenith Pearl. The Zenith offered exceptional hook on oil and versatility on the lanes, and the new pearl version offers a lot of the same high scoring attributes as an option for lane conditions with medium oil or for bowlers that don’t require the massive hook the original Zenith offered. The shiny pearl finish paired with the highly dynamic asymmetric core will create easy length and the angular backend motion you’d expect from this combination.

10 reviews for Brunswick Zenith Pearl Bowling Ball

  1. Ian L

The Zenith pearl is probably the cleanest high end ball I’ve ever thrown. It clears the front part of the lane with ease and has a strong yet controllable back end. Comparing it to the Zenith solid, I would say the pearl is about 3 feet longer with a good 5 to 6 boards more back end. It compliments the solid perfectly and you can use it right after the solid starts to burn up and lose energy.

  2. Matt Haring

The Zenith Pearl is a perfect companion to the Zenith Solid, when the solid is hooking too much. This ball is super clean through the fronts and creates very steep angles through the pins, causing some of the most violent pin action I have ever seen. This ball has been amazing for me on wet/dry house shots, and conditions where the front and middle parts of the lane have dried up, but I still need the ball to “make the corner”. I’m still scratching my head about the fact that no matter how far left I move with the Zenith Pearl, it just keeps coming back harder and harder. Since drilling this ball I have averaged 265 for 21 games! I promise you won’t be disappointed if you invest in the Brunswick Zenith Pearl.

  3. Troy LaBrie

The Zenith Pearl has the Zenith core with the A.X.H. (Activator Xtreme Hook) pearl cover stock. The layout I used was 50 x 5 x 45. I used this layout as it was the layout I used in my Prism Hybrid which was my first ball out of the bag on your typical house shot pattern. Compared to the Prism Hybrid, the Zenith Pearl is about 2-3 boards less hook in the back-end. I have to stand further right and play straighter through the heads with the Zenith Pearl than I did with the Prism Hybrid. The Zenith Pearl is very clean through the front and, once it sees friction, goes left and continues through the pins. For me, and the layout I used, this ball is best suited when the lanes break down and there is a defined friction spot for it to hook off of.

  4. Tom Marlow

The Zenith Pearl is a really good to used on Medium patterns or on heavy oil patterns that Are broke down. It’s a perfect complement to the Zenith solid. Zenith Pearl also responds really well to surface change if you need to knock some of the polish. This is a really great ball that will in both my tournament and league bag.

  5. Sal B

The Zenith is hook in a box and does not disappoint on heavy oil conditions, but way too much ball on medium conditions when the oil in the front of the lane has gone away. The Zenith Pearl has been created to combat lanes where you still need a powerful ball, but one that doesn’t see the friction as early. If you bowl on medium conditions or you’re looking for a strong asymmetric ball that really turns the corner, the Zenith Pearl will be a perfect addition to your bag.

  6. Bob moran

A strong asymmetrical pearl option for when the solid sees the friction to early. This ball gets down the lane and really turns the corner on those medium patterns. A great compliment to Zenith Solid

  7. Katelyn Stickley (verified owner)

This is by far the best ball I’ve ever thrown, if your looking for a ball that can hook a strike all the time this is the ball for you.

  8. Jessica Aiezza

A great asymmetrical core compliment to the solid Zenith. This ball will get down the lanes and make a strong arc into the pocket. I find this to be a great ball to switch to when the solid Zenith starts burning up or a possibility when the lanes are not freshly oiled.

  9. Todd Allred

*Warning* This ball is not for the faint of heart. The Zenith Pearl is super clean through the fronts an absolute monster down lane. The THS in my area tends to really burn up in the fronts and gets tighter and tighter down lane. I’ve been looking for a long time for something that could combat my struggles with minimal success, until now. When the pattern burns up too much for my short pins, I get left and let the Zenith Pearl fly. Where as I’ve struggled getting other pieces through the pins, the Pearl takes care of racks with a vengeance and never seems to quit. And if you haven’t thrown a ball with Dynamicore yet, you really need to. As a tweener with slower ball speed I don’t get a lot of messengers but I get my fair share with the my Zenith Pearl. This ball is a match made in heaven for me, and I HIGHLY recommend it.

    65 x 3 3/4 x 25 – PAP 4 ½ -> and ½^ – Speed – 15mph – Rev Rate 380
I really like the darker colors of this ball because it does not stand out as some of the other pearls out there. This ball really compliments the Zenith solid well. When the Zenith starts to hook too early, this ball is much cleaner through the front part of the lane and more angular at the break point. If I were to use this ball on freshly oiled lanes, I would definitely suggest medium lane conditions because of how clean the ball is through the front part of the lane.
