DV8 Hellcat Bowling Ball Features:
The new DV8 Hellcat carries on the performance of the Hell Raiser series by using the same core, but DV8 used a new cover formula to change the reaction. The core was paired with a super aggressive cover with the Hell Raiser Blaze and a skid flip cover with the Hell Raiser Return; the new Hellcat’s reaction fits right between those two balls. The new Havoc cover is a solid that produces less traction in the oil than a Blaze, conserving energy for the backend and making the Hellcat easy to choose from medium to heavy conditions.

First shot impression. HOLY HELL. Like a mean cat outta hell. Cleaner and sharper than a Blaze. Super strong backend. The Hellcat has a very unique motion especially for a solid. The new HAOC SOLID coverstock is clean for a ball that has surface. The Hellcat flips hard and has great hitting power. Even with the amount of surface it doesn’t give up. Suited for medium to heavy oil condition. You’ll be for sure raising some hell on the lanes with this ball.

Stats: PAP 4 over ¾ up, 15 mph, 18 tilt, 275 revs. I drilled this ball 45×4.25×30. This ball prefers some oil. It gives a strong midlane motion, without losing energy. Good first ball out of the bag or when you are dealing with slick conditions.

Hellcat – DV8s newest hook monster. Great ball for those heavy oil lane conditions. Very strong but controllable which is very rare these days. Was surprised Mr about this ball is that it allowed me to move deeper than any other strong ball without losing energy.

DV8 Hellcat
This ball has quickly become my favorite. On 2 different sports pattern tournaments, both being about 42 feet in length, the Hellcat has given me a look that others just didn’t have. The mid lane roll and yet continuous backend is something I think everyone is trying to find for those conditions with more oil, and DV8 has certainly added a piece to help solve that. I’d like to compare it to something, but to me it’s a completely unique look.
