Hammer Dark Web Bowling Ball Features:
The Web series of balls has been another popular nameplate for Hammer, and they have all complimented the Black Widows very well. Hammer has engineered multiple cores for Webs over time to target different reactions, and the Dark Web uses a newly enhanced version of the Spheroid core. The Modified Speheroid has a flip block added to the top of the body of the core to help increase overall motion. The modification raises the RG while leaving the differential the same. The change allowed Hammer to use an aggressive cover and finish and now gives Hammer a big-solid symmetric ball that Hammer fans will love.

Wow I am very excited about this ball. This ball reminds me of the silky smooth Web tour only on Steroids. I drilled mine 75×4.5×45. It’s was smooth threw the front of the lane and had a strong motion thu the pins. This ball will easily be in both of my tournament and league bags for a long time.

It’s early but the Hammer Dark Web immediately looks like a tournament ball to me. I’m a huge fan of the spheroid core from the Game Breaker line and Rhodman Pearl, and now it has been enhanced a bit and a flip block has been added to the top of the core body to help increase shape. I only have a few games on it against my GB4 Solid and it looks like a winner. It picks up in the mids as it should but has a strong controllable motion down lane. It is about 3-4 stronger than the GB4. At the end of my practice I moved about 6 and 3 left, slowed down my ball speed and that is where this ball looked really shined. It continued thru the pins very strong where other big solids might burn out. In the arsenal right now.

This ball is the definition of versatility. Another great continuation to the web line! This ball creates a defined motion in the midlane while still having energy downlane to carry, with emphasis might I add. Personally, I am extremely impressed with what I’ve seen.

The Dark Web by Hammer with it’s enhanced Spheriod core and added flip block, has to be the strongest Web series ball to date.
The Dark Web reads the mids early with a powerful motion, off the pattern. Don’t worry, the Dark Web still has plenty of energy left for those ten white toothpicks called pins.
Real excited about this one. Get to your local Pro Shop and pick one up!

This ball reminds me of a stronger version of the Web Tour. I noticed the Dark Web definitely picks up sooner and stronger in the mid lane than the rest of the balls in the Web line. I was super excited to see this!!!! If you are looking for a ball to read the mid lane sooner and still have energy left to go through the pins then this is the ball for you. So far I really like starting the night with this ball. I’m really able to get a good feel for the lanes and open the lanes up!

A strong smooth house shot killer. I’ve thrown mine with the out of the box finish and I’ve let it lane shine. Right now it is lane shined and it’s been a reliable piece at most houses I’ve been to. I have a higher rev rate so if the lanes are dry the Dark Web will hook a ton and really need me to ball down but with a little oil this ball is a monster. You can see the symmetric reaction as it doesn’t have a huge snap off the back of the lane. That causes over/under reactions for me so if you don’t throw it perfect, the strikes my not come. This one will give you a bit of forgiveness and still hit the pocket like a tank

The Hammer Dark Web is a great symmetrical ball for medium to heavy conditions. I found this ball to be better through lane shine and transition. This ball has a strong continuous motion and never loses energy through the pins. I found this ball to have good success with me on medium to short length patterns.
