Motiv Hydra Bowling Ball Features:
The Hydra is specifically designed for lighter oil conditions where you encounter more friction. A ball built for fresh oil will lose energy on the “burn” when patterns are broken down, but the Hydra comes alive in these conditions. As with every ball from MOTIV, the Hydra is built with a purpose.
The Hydra is the newest weapon in the Motiv lineup to combat conditions that make balls hook too early. It features a high RG core design, the pearlized Hexion LFP Reactive cover, and a very shiny polished box finish. The Hydra has no trouble skipping past the front of the lane even after patterns had been broken down by rougher-finished bowling balls.
The Hydra is a dry lane/angular ball replacing the Tag Cannon. The Hydra has the same core as the Tags, but with the brand new Hexion LFP cover. This cover is a substantially stronger version of the Hexion shell.
