Simply put imagine a Radical Intel on steroids. Very smooth and controllable with great down lane motion to make a great benchmark ball shape. As with any Radical ball this one continues all the way through the pins. A must have for league and tournament bowlers

  2. David Varner

I drilled this ball based on the “intel on steroids” information and I feel like that’s an accurate statement. This isn’t your big flashy ball that hooks the whole lane but it is the ball that will do all the dirty work. If you get in a place where you need to close your angles and play more direct this will be the go to in your bag. I was able to play up the lane keeping the ball in front of me and didn’t have to worry about it jumping off the spot on me and getting in trouble.

  3. Cody Goodlett

Easiest way to explain this ball, a stronger more versatile Intel. The motion is very similar to the Intel. It reads the lane in all the right places. The above mentioned Intel on steroids is very accurate. If you had the Intel, I highly recommend getting this as well. You will love it.

    Bonu$ is Money!

The Bonus Low RG 2.48 lower dif symmetrical ball wrapped in the strong Forged Solid coverstock that controls the midlane while producing a consistently strong backend motion that is very continuous through the pins.
I drilled mine 4 x 30 degrees making it very continuous through the pins. I can miss in and it still carries because of the the strong coverstock and miss out and it recovers well. The solid blue cover makes it much like a black ball going down the lane and who doesn’t like that look!
This ball was designed to be an Intel on steroids. If you liked the Intel line then the Bonu$ is a can’t miss for you and should be your benchmark ball.

The Radical Bonus is as everyone says, it is the quintessential benchmark bowling ball. It will be the first one you throw to get a flawless read on the lane and know where to go from there. However, as it turns out for me, it goes in my hand and then stays there for 3 games. This is a benchmark ball with the added ability to go for the long game. You can move deeper with it and it still gets to the pocket and in a meaningful way,

The closest ball in recent memory to this would be the Radical Intel Solid. Both were very smooth but the Bonus is a bit stronger and more continuous.

  6. Ian L

The Bonus for me is a perfect 1st ball out your bag benchmark piece. Strong, Smooth, controllable are personally 3 of the most important things I look for in a ball and the Bonus has them all. If I were to compare it to another ball in the Radical line it would be the Intel. Intel on steroids is what I’d call it. The Bonus I’d say is a foot or so earlier than the Intel but is also about 5 or 6 boards stronger on the backend. It also takes well to surface adjustments if you need to add surface or even polish it. Versatile and control is what this ball is all about.

  7. C.Miller

The Bonu$ by Radical is a benchmark type ball that is a must have. It’s very controllable, has that down lane motion that I like to see, and great continuation.
The Bonu$ would be great for league play, shorter oil patterns, and when you encounter the wet/dry.
Help yourself out by purchasing the Bonu$ at your local pro shop.

  8. Jim

The Bonu$ from Radical should be one of the first balls out of your bag on most patterns. It has that smooth, but not too aggressive reaction. I compare it to a stronger version of the Web Tour. This ball could be used on medium-heavy patterns if you have a higher rev rate and medium-light patterns with friction if you have low-medium rev rates. You will not be disappointed when purchasing the Bonu$.

  9. Bob Newman

I drilled the Radical Bonus to be a bit longer and smoother as I drilled another control type ball at the same time, the Hammer Web Tour Hybrid. I didn’t want them right on top of each other. Throwing them during the same session I was able to see I got just what I wanted. This ball get a further down the lane, has a smooth controllable shape with good continuation through the pins. Perfecto. Should work well in both league and tournaments.

  10. Tim Martin

Drilled my Bonus with a 50,4”, 35 layout. Which got through the fronts much cleaner than expected and gave me a really predictable but strong ball reaction. The ball is very similar to my Radical Intel, but seemed a little harder off the friction.

  11. Dan Schriner

Radical Bonus is a great 1st ball out of your bag, it’s very clean through the front part and has easy continuation down lane. Bonus is a symmetrical ball with a forged solid cover is a great combination for medium/dry lanes. If your a 1st time user of Radical equipment like myself getting the Bonus will be a bonus to your bag.

PAP 4 over and 3/4 up
    Tilt 17°
    Revs ~275
    Speed ~ 15 mph
    Righty

The Bonu$ is a great benchmark symmetrical ball. I drilled mine 60x4x20, which is my max flip layout, and left it at box surface. This gave me smooth, predictable motion, but with a little pop on the backend. If you are looking for an even smoother motion, add another 5 to 10 to the VAL angle. The strong cover will definitely be able to handle medium oil conditions, and with a bit more surface it will have no problem on med-heavy conditions as well. This is also the only symmetrical ball that is Mo-approved for a shortpin layout for average rev folks.

  13. JAMES GOULDING

I drilled the Radical Bonus to be my benchmark symmetric replacement for the Intel, and this ball really impresses me! My Bonus is about 2-3 boards stronger than the Intel, and 1-2 extra feet of length at box. I am a left handed bowler, 340 rpm, 16.5 mph, 18 AT, 55 AR, so I wanted my benchmark symmetric to be able to be used across multiple oil patterns and give me a “true read” to what I am seeing, and the Bonus fits perfectly. I drilled it with one of my favorite layouts, 4.5″ x 30, so it will go through the fronts, pickup the mid-lane, and transition quickly. The Bonus, which features DynamiCore for more hitting power and longevity, has been my go to ball on Earl Anthony 43′, Wolf 32′, and two different THS. It is VERY versatile and takes to cover changes extremely well. If you can only buy ONE ball this season, I would recommend the Radical Bonus, it really is that good. You can order the Bonus now from Moore’s Pro Shop and pro shops everywhere. Thank you.

    80 x 4 1/8 x 55 – PAP 4 ½ -> and ½^ – Speed – 15mph – Rev Rate 380
This ball must be in your bag wherever you are going to bowl. Our house did not have enough oil for this ball because it always over hooked for me. I was moving left but I did not see the point of hooking the whole lane, right away in game 1. I took it to 2 tournaments and shot 700 both times with this ball. Those houses I bowled in had more oil in the middle and outsides. This is always the first ball out of my bag at tournaments because it gives me a great read of what the lanes are doing and what ball I should switch to if the Bonus is not reacting how I like it to.

  15. Manny Castillo

The Radical Bonus is my benchmark ball. It’s my first ball out of the bag because of its lower RG and low differential while pairing it with its solid combo. I’m able to use it on several patterns. The ball is extremely smooth but DOES not lose any hitting power. The cover is very versatile and takes surface adjustments well. Put your favorite layout on this ball and you’ll see this ball becoming your benchmark ball like it has for me.

The Bonu$ is a great benchmark ball out of the bag. It has that smooth but continuous reaction. This ball could be used on medium-heavy patterns if you have a higher rev rate and medium-light patterns with friction if you have low-medium rev rates. It’s surprisingly clean through the fronts but delivers a strong backend finish!

  18. David Meyer

The Bonus is the most predictable bowling ball I have ever thrown to date. The Bonus is smooth, continuous and is the benchmark ball in my bag. Versatile is another adjective that goes hand in hand with the Bonus. Radical has outdone themselves with this one. The Bonus is a must have in the bag so visit your local Pro Shop and get yours!!!
    “WOW!!! That’s Radical”

  19. Ryne Hamblin

Advertised as an intel replacement, I was excited for this one and it hasn’t disappointed. I drilled them identical and for me they are really close, I have the bonus just a hair longer and a hair more on the backend. This ball has really excelled for me on a couple different situations. I really like it to start at a couple centers that have a little drier house pattern on the fresh, also its really good for me a little later in the day when I need something to blend out the pattern if im getting a little over/under after they’ve been beat up. Another thing I like is I really feel like I can manipulate this ball and have a lot of versatility with it based on hand positions. No matter where Im going this one always makes the bag.

    Bonus solid
I’m a left handed bowler. I’m ball speed is around 14 mph. My Rev rate is around 280 rpm. I recently punched up a solid Bonus.
The layout is 80 x 3 1/2 x 45. I must say how much more this ball hooks on the backend that the Intel solid. It was the length of a Intel but the backend motion is a least 10 more boards hook than the Intel.
If you look at the flare rings on the bonus you can see it saves all it Energy for the backend. I think this is a great addition to the radical line. Looking forward using this ball a lot.

  21. Jesse

Bonus Solid!! Very fitting for the performance you can get out of this ball. I was looking for a lower diff solid that would allow me to keep my angles straighter and store more energy without having to chase it too far right. Def a great bang for the buck too! I will def see myself throwing this more and more!
