Track Heat Bowling Ball Features:

The Modified Tri-Core and Heat name are back and maybe better than ever. This is one of the strongest Heat balls to date with DR-7 Solid and a 2000 Siaair finish. This new Heat will provide plenty of hook for medium conditions and be a great addition to any bowler’s tournament arsenal while also providing a lot of value to anyone looking for a great mid-price ball.

The Heat uses DynamiCore – the industry leading innovation in outer core technology developed by Brunswick Bowling Products. This leap in bowling ball technology is a more durable outer material that yields less compression upon impact increasing hitting power and creating an undeniable difference in sound and pin carry.

So I’ve had this ball a couple weeks now and I’m pleasantly surprised at how well it carries from multiple attack angles. I used it on a burnt out 52′ Badger pattern and in 2 different houses on typical house shots. Whether I’m up the lane or tilting it around the corner it just carries well. I really don’t seem to have to shoot too many back row spares when this ball is in play. It is a very smooth arcing symmetric cored, solid covered piece that will do well on most medium oil shots.

Track set out to bring back the go to benchmark heat series and they nailed it. Out of the box I thought it was a bit stronger than I wanted out of the heat but after throwing it a few times at a couple different houses it’s exactly what I needed. If your looking for a solid symmetrical benchmark piece for league season give the heat a go, you will be pleasantly surprised!

The Track Heat is a smooth, predictable and has been brilliant for me. 300/824 on a house shot with a high friction surface that I had previously struggled.

My Heat was laid out without angles this time, with the pin down under the bridge – and the CG kicked ½” to the right. The result is a solid reactive that gets through the heads cleanly, manages the mid lane and rolls through the pins with mass destruction. It is a great compliment to the Power Torq (which is stronger) and the Legion Pearl (which is cleaner and more angular).

My best league ball over the past 5 years was the Track Heat Xtreme – this cover may not be quite as strong – but is right up there, and it is highly recommended. I am going to drill a 2nd Heat pin-up for tournament patterns.
