Columbia 300 Outlook Bowling Ball Features:

The Outlook for the Columbia 300 brand is exciting, and so is this new mid-performance release. The Outlook features Exciter Max, an updated version of the clean and strong Exciter cover from the Chaos line. To create a cleaner ball motion with more flip, the Outlook has a high RG and medium to high Differential; this combination pushes the Outlook motion further down-lane.

10 reviews for Columbia 300 Outlook Bowling Ball

  1. Zack

    The new Outlook is a great benchmark ball, I added a little bit more shine to have the ball go longer with the skid/flip motion the ball has. Great for medium to dry lane conditions, also a great starter ball for bowlers to have. I drilled my Outlook pin above the bridge for a stronger and longer backend motion. Don’t miss out on your Outlook today.

  2. Dan Schriner

    New C300 Outlook is a nice piece to add to your arsenal. It’s great for league play or tournaments on the fresh. Besides it’s great color purple/ blue pearl it has a higher RG for easy length down lane before the skid/flip happens and demolishes the pins. With this ball your future has a great Outlook!!

    The Outlook is SUPER clean through the fronts and reminds me of the original eruption!!!!! My Outlook is pin up basically straight over the label and I have excellent length with predictable angular motion on the back end. The shape is great as well as the tremendous carry. The Outlook is a great symmetrical pearl and must have in the bag.

    The Columbia 300 Outlook features Exciter Max, an updated version of the clean and strong Exciter cover from the Chaos line. The Outlook is deigned with a high RG and medium to high Diff creating a cleaner ball motion with more flip. I found that the Outlook was able to get further down lane with less effort, using its energy down lane and through the pin deck providing a predictable ball motion.

  5. Dwayne A. Jenkins

    Columbia 300 has made itself known and in a bold way with the release of the Outlook, and don’t be fooled into believing that this is just a lower level performance ball. Oh no, this ball is fantastically wicked with its ball motion and continuation through the pocked from front to back. I am VERY impressed with the core and coverstock combination and this ball can perform for many games in your block. If you need a good performance ball and/or you are a rev-dominant bowler that needs a little help with medium to dryer lane conditions, especially on house shots, this can be your new best friend, your new reliable, your good faithful, type of ball for your bag. Along with the Authority, this has to be the BEST ball performing that you are going to want to have! I specifically used a 5.75 Pin x 20 VAL (or 65 x 5.75 x 20) layout for this ball due to my fair speed and high rev rate for push through the fronts, and angular forward roll in the back.

  6. Larry Fricker Jr

    The Outlook is a great ball for when the lanes start to break down . I really like how clean and easy this ball gets down the lane and saves a nice smooth transition back to the pocket . A great ball to add to your tournament arsenal.

    I was practicing on a used house shot with light volume. That condition is actually what these kind of balls are made for. A shiny cover to help get through burned up mid-lanes but the Exciter Pearl coverstock to give the ball plenty of get up and go to get back to the pocket. It is a big round shape that I like, similar to the shape I had with the Hammer Rhodman Pearl but a bigger overall shape. The Columbia 300 Outlook is a keeper.

    This new Outlook is a great benchmark ball. This ball is Great for medium to dry lane conditions. A ball you should def have in your bag. League or tournament player.

  9. JAMES GOULDING

    I drilled the Columbia Outlook to be the longer, stronger symmetric pearl in my lineup, and boy does it deliver! I am a left handed bowler, 340 rpm, 16.5 mph, 18 AT, 55 AR, so I needed something clean through the fronts, but would really motor on the back part of the lane. I needed a ball for that 2-3 game transition when the lanes burn up a bit, but I want to still “bang on it” at the bottom of the swing. The Outlook, which features DynamiCore for extra hitting power and longevity, really fits perfectly in that spot. I drilled mine 5″ x 30 for length and quicker backend transition, and it is not only reliable, but carries extremely well when given enough angle through the fronts. If you are looking for that perfect pearl symmetric to square up on the fresh, or open up the lanes when they burn up, then THIS is your ball! Order your Columbia Outlook now from Moore’s Pro Shop, or pro shops everywhere! Thank you.

    70 x 4 ½ x 20 – PAP 4 ½ -> and ½^ – Speed – 15mph – Rev Rate 380
    This ball has a great benchmark ball feel as a pearl. It has a lot of recovery down lane and can even get through the oily and fried fronts of the lanes. It is one of those bowling balls you can go to and know exactly what to do. This ball being in that mid-price point, you definitely get a great ball for the price!
