Ebonite The One Remix Bowling Ball Features:
Sometimes the remix is better than the original, and in this case, the original was something special. With advances in cover technology, there is no doubt that the new Ebonite The One Remix is the best one yet. The One Remix does utilize the original Centrex Asymmetric core design, which yields a very aggressive RG, differential, and mass bias combination. The remix is what Ebonite has done with the GB coverstock to make it perform on today’s oil. GB14.4 provides more reaction from the mid-lane to the breakpoint than previous GB covers. The Centrex core, new GB formulation, and polished cover will be an excellent match for medium to heavy oil patterns.

If you were a fan of the one then this ball is the one for you. The One has the original one core with the updated cover for today’s lane conditions. They also added Dot technology to the one. For that drill anywhere true layout. Add in dynamicore for some extra hitting power.
I drilled mine 60x5x45. With that Layout I had a ball that clears the heads really nice and picks up a very strong and continuous motion to the pocket.

Ebonite has done it again, The One Remix is hitting the lanes and you don’t want to be the only “One” with out it!
The One Remix uses the same core design as the original, but uses the GB 14.4 coverstock for more mid-lane to breakpoint reaction.
What I see out of this beauty is a ball that easily gets down lane , starts making it’s move in the middle, and with it’s stored energy, coming off the pattern with a strong motion towards the pocket.

For sure super pumped on this release from throwing all the Original one pieces. The Remix is sooo good. Easy length with a strong backend motion. Very responsive at breakpoint. Missed shots out get back with energy. This giving you a bigger miss area. More room=More strikes. There can be only one? Well, we remixed that pretty good. TJ whacked em with it back in the day. You’ll do the same under todays conditions with no problem.

Love this ball. Was suggested to me by a bowling coach at a clinic. Wasn’t the one I wanted but, it’s the one I needed. I had been bringing a combination of the Phaze II (or Phaze Flow), Rubicon, Zen, and RST X-2 to league. Now, I bring this, a Hy-Road Pearl and spare. It has replaced 2-3 balls at least every week in league. I’m having to start 5 boards left of where I’m used to and it still gets back. I can throw it early or late. It moves but is still controllable. It hits like a tank and makes for some LOUD strikes. Still dialing it in but I can trust the ball to do anything I need it to do in league.

I am a tweener with above average ball speed and medium to low tilt. This ball just goes through the pins great. Ball motion is right between a sym and an asym ball. I have no other ball like it in the bag. The motion and the carry puts this ball in the starting lineup. Ball has worked great on THS and PBA patterns.

The One is back and just as good if not better then the original. The One Remix reminds me of the same reaction and shape as the original one. This ball has been the first one out of my bag in league and tournaments. As they break down and I make the moves left the ball just doesn’t quit. I’ll be drilling a few of these because it is The One to have in the bag

Short and sweet, The One Remix is just as good as the first. What I didn’t expect with this one was as much pack end pop as it has. I get tripped up from time to time with this as it can hook a bit early if you hit the friction, so I find it is important to ensure you are pretty deliberate in what you are wanting to see the ball do. With the ability to see the ball read as well as create downlane motion with a bit more ease, I find this ball to one of the more predictable pieces that is certainly worth having in your bag. It’s best to be used for medium length and volume patterns in my opinion.

I’ve been throwing The One Remix for a while and it’s always my first ball out of my bag. I see The One Remix float through the fronts pretty effortlessly with some predictable midlane reaction and a strong arc off the back of the pattern. This ball is just so versatile since I can use it at any house I’ve been to and it really is going down lane first and a lot of the night. If you get The One Remix, you are getting a lot of bang for your buck and it’s going to give you the versatility you need to bowl just about anywhere

I didn’t pick up this bowling ball right away as I just didn’t think there would be room for it my arsenal. Then I started seeing friends post scores. Then I watched Dino Castillo throw it at the Senior Shootout in Las Vegas on three different length patterns. He scored very well on all three and I said I need to throw this myself. So glad I ordered one. For a solid it is very clean through the mid lane and then strong through the pins. It is a big engine ball so the carry on lighter hits is outstanding. It was good out of box, but I removed the polish and added 1500 surface and for me the roll was even better. Very versatile.

I was excited to see how The One Remix performed, especially after being such a big fan of the original The One. A lower RG ball, with a huge Diff and Int. Diff, combined with the Gb14.4 solid cover, you would think it would be an early rolling flare monster, but when I drilled it and threw it on a variety of conditions, it surprised me with how versatile it was. The One Remix features DOT technology, so you can drill it anywhere and not worry about voiding your warranty, and DynamiCore for more hitting power at the pins and increased longevity. The One Remix was drilled with a 45 x 5″ x 60 layout, to stretch that transition from skid to hook to roll, while giving the ball enough length to use its massive firepower through the pins.
On a 41 ft. THS I was able to play deeper on the left side, around 17-18 at the arrows and swing to 4-5, migrating even deeper as the night went on, keeping good pin carry, even as I cut off my angles. I then used The One Remix on the 44 ft. Hardwick oil pattern, a higher volume sport shot, and that is where it really shined. I could play tighter inside around 15-16 at the arrows, keeping my breakpoint around 11-12 and still get fantastic hit and pin carry. The One Remix has a perfect blend of power and control, and even though the numbers say it should be a bigger specialty ball, it is fast becoming the first asymmetric out of my bag. If you are a serious tournament bowler, or someone looking to upgrade their arsenal, The One Remix HAS TO be in your bag. The One Remix is available now from Bowler Builders Pro Shops and pro shops everywhere!

Once The One Remix was announced I knew this ball had to be added to my arsenal. As a fan of Ebonite for over a decade I can say I found my benchmark and go to ball in The One Remix. I drilled my The One Remix with the pin through my ring finger which is my pin down layout due to my PAP and I can’t wait to add a second one to my arsenal. I have also changed my The One Remix to 1000 grit abralon to allow this ball to usually be the first ball out of my bag on most patterns. This ball is the perfect ball up to the recently released GameBreaker 2 as well as the Brunswick Defender Hybrid and Black Widow Ghost. I can’t wait to see what Ebonite does with the next in this line as I hope it continues with potential HK22.
