It has 2 finger holes which allows you to swing the ball as a two handed bowler would, and make adjustments in the swing, body position, and approach without having to use a heavy bowling ball. Made of solid silicone rubber – no latex. Safe on the body and the floor if dropped. Dishwasher safe – no dry cycle.
