BowlerX welcomes Gazmine Mason to Pro Staff
Gazmine “GG” Mason is an undeniable presence on the lanes. If you haven’t heard of her yet, you will soon. If you are seeing her for the first time, your encounter may likely go something like this…
1. Check out that girl over there with the big puffs of hair!
2. Wow! Look at her roll the ball. What a solid game.
And then, if you take the time to speak to her, you really get the big picture. Gazmine loves bowling, she’s super talented, very intelligent, energetic and has a big heart. Her personality is magnetic. She is a perfect fit for our team and we are SO very excited to welcome her!
Gazmine was given the nickname “GG” (Got Game) by her bowling coach, Marty Jones, who was her junior instructor while growing up in Rhode Island. GG later became a standout performer under the instruction of Bill Straub, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she helped the team capture an NCAA Championship in 2015. She is a 2-time member of Junior Team USA (2015-2016) and was selected as the 2016 Alberta E. Crowe Star of Tomorrow.
Gazmine will be competing at the 2019 PWBA Player’s Championshipthis week at Buffaloe Lanes North Bowling Center in Raleigh, NC. She also has her sights set on the PWBA Tour full time during the upcoming 2020 season.
