Hammer Web Tour Edition Hybrid Bowling Ball Features:
The Web Tour was one of those all-around great ball reactions that everyone liked, and we are excited to follow it up with the new Web Tour Edition Hybrid.
The hybrid version offers the same characteristics as the original, but the solid and pearl blend creates a little more length and continuation on the back part of the lane.

The new Web Tour Hybrid is a spitting image of the original Web Tour. This will definitely be my benchmark ball out of the bag and on tougher lane conditions. I drilled the hybrid the same as the original the hybrid is a few boards longer but the same smooth backend reaction we all know the Web Tour had.

When the Web tour Hybrid was introduced I was very excited because the original Web tour is always the first out of my bag. Web Hybrid did not disappoint with its strong mid lane with continuous backend is a couple boards stronger down lane then the original Web tour. This is a must have in any bowlers bag tournament or league.

The newly released Hammer Web Tour Edition Hybrid is an experience like none other. Drilled pin down under the middle finger (5.875 @ 70 VAL). Very clean ball reaction, reads the midlane and has a very sharp and quick response off the friction to the pocket. Tested on a 41′ PBA Bear pattern and gave me a look that has become an instant favorite going into the session. A wonderful benchmark ball and extremely Sport condition friendly.

I was able to compare the original Hammer Web Tour and the new Web Tour Hybrid side by side and BoB did a great job. They have created virtually the same shape with the hybrid being a slight bit longer down the lane, thus a few boards right with my feet. It still has that very smooth rounded shape with good continuation thru the pins. Should be one of the first balls out on fresh patterns to control the pocket. Really nice add to the Hammer line.

Predictably and versatility best describe this ball for me. A benchmark ball motion for leagues and tournaments. This hybrid is meant to be cleaner thru the fronts and more aggressive off the end of the pattern then the original web tour. When you need to see how the lanes are playing this is a great first ball out of the bag.

I held off on writing my initial review for the ball because I wanted to see exactly where it fell in the line up. I will admit I’m still not 100% because the ball has been so versatile. I have used it on fresh, burn, first ball out of the bag, and last ball to battle transition. I have it a little cleaner and a few boards overall stronger than the original web tour. Overall I think this is an awesome piece to add to your arsenal. It’s predictable enough that you can play with the surface and use it in several conditions.

This ball is a wonderful addition to my bag. Cant say enough great things about it. Originally , I was never able to get my hands on any of the previous webs, but heard a lot about them. Why not try one? Drilled this thing 50 x 4 3/4 x 35, benchmark layout, with no surface changes and the last 6 games, 220,299,248, 221, 279, 279. 3 four pin trips away from ( 3 out of the 6 games being 300)
Enough said!

The Web Tour Hybrid is a very controllable benchmark type ball for medium to lighter conditions. It is the smoothest rolling ball in my bag and is playable as long as there is some friction present. This one makes quick work of the wet/dry house shot situation we have in league. I am able to use more rotation and softer speed than with many of the balls I typically throw. I will be drilling a second one soon to compliment this one with an earlier breakpoint. Dependable, controllable, hard hitting describe the Web Tour Hybrid well. If you are looking for that benchmark ball for use on the friction this is your Hammer.

The newly released Hammer Web Tour Edition Hybrid is an experience in itself. I drilled mine 50x4x40 and its great through the front reads the midlane and hits hard through the pins. A wonderful benchmark ball and extremely great on sport shot condition friendly.

This ball has a little more down lane movement than the original Web Tour, compliments to the hybrid coverstock. I still got that smooth roll you get from the original Web Tour, with a little extra kick on the back. I decided to do a little less flaring layout on this ball due to the flying outsides on our house pattern and it was still plenty of controlled hook.

“Nothing Hits Like a Hammer” I want to start by saying I loved the original Web Tour but this ball is very impressive and is a must have for all bowlers. Compared to the original Web Tour, this ball is a little more responsive at the break point (controllable not violent). I can see bowlers using this ball on the fresh for tournament blocks, house shots, and on patterns with medium to high volume. Great all around versatile benchmark ball.

Hammer Web Hybrid Tour
The Web Tour was one of those all-around great ball reactions that everyone liked, and we are excited to follow it up with the new Web Tour Edition Hybrid.
The Hybrid version offers the same characteristics as the original, but the solid and pearl blend creates a little more length and continuation on the back part of the lane. What I noticed with this ball was the slight punch in the backend as it comes off the pattern. I enjoyed the Hammer Tour edition, But, this one will give you the added pop in the back for those pesky corner pins. Contact your local Pro Shop Operator to pick up this fine Gem. 😊

In all honesty, I was hoping this ball would be like the Web Tour. The Web Tour was just like an IQ for me and I loved that because the ball had a great ability to skate through the lane if I pulled the ball and still would strike.
This new Web Tour Hybrid while it was not like a Web Tour for me, I actually think it is better lol. This ball has an amazing ability to come back from everywhere. This thing digs in and hooks. Great pick up in the midlane and it has great continuation through out. If you miss outside it will come back from there. The cover is amazing. I have had a few 300’s with this ball on Sport Patterns and it is a keeper. I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars because I was expecting it to be more like the Web Tour, overall this ball hooks more than the Web Tour and is a better ball imo

The Web Tour Edition Hybrid is exactly what you think! It is just as good as the original Web Tour Solid! This ball gives you slightly more length than the original Web Tour Solid and same continuous motion on the backend! This ball is very versatile and you can change the surface on it to use it to your advantage! Definitely a good ball to have on your medium oil patterns or your THS shot patterns!
